Can you guys suggest a good silencer/spark arrestor for 86 250r?

FMF turbine core will have the spark arrestor, FMF powercore wont but you could use a sparky attachment to add the spark arrestor to a powercore.

Duncan Racing & DG make a silencer, non spark arrested. I think the DR will require running the PT pipe

ESR also have both options available too

Thats about it for new options unless you score an older one off ebay or in the classifieds.
