I found a atc185 with a front suspension kit on it. just wondering if it will fit a atc90 or 110? If not, will any thing cross over to to the 90/110 kit when i find one for my project? fork legs or ? czlou

I just bolted on a 200S front end to one of my 90's....Easy as pie.... I had to remove the steering stops on the 90 frame though.... You'll have to come up with a headlight mount if you have one...

Yep... direct bolt on, just need to address steering stop issues.

That's somethign I need to do now before the kid bangs up the tank...What do people normally do for stops since they are completely different between the two trikes?...

On my 90 with 185s forks, the PO put a bolt and nut on either side of the lower triples to hit the stop... it works

Like drilled a hole in the lower triple and put a bolt and nut there? Where does it hit on the frame? Got a pic you can post of it?

Exactly... sorry for the fuzzy pic, couldn't get a better one.

Ok...Great..I'll have to take a look at mine and see. Does yours hit the stop on the front of the neck? I might have taken off too much for fork clearance on mine for that to work....We'll see...

I think those forks may be different from mine for some reason....I had to remove all of the steering stop from my frame plus a part of the pinch weld to get clearance for the lower triple on mine. I ended up welding two pieces of round stock to the side of my frame in strategic places to act as stops. It worked out fine for me.
