What jets for a 250sx with a 350x carb? 250sx jets?

I just got my engine all back together.
Here's whats done to it.

1mm overbore
Bassani Exhaust
UNI filter
No air box lid
350x carb

I put the 350x carb straight on the bike like I was told by someone to do . It starts but runs rough. Very rich.

Should I put the 250sx jets in the carb now? Any needle changes needed? ANy help would be great.

make sure its got the stock 350 jets, the previous owner could have installed larger ones. im not sure but i think the 350 has a 136 main jet

i am going to pull the carb tonight when I get home from class hopefully.
I have heard mixed resultss though on the stock 350x jets, some say use the 350x jets and other say use the 250sx jets.

I used the 250SX jets and made minor needle, air screw and main jet adjustments.

The extra air is nice, but 350X jets are too big.

I put the 250sx jets in 15 minutes ago.. Starts much easier but I am loosing spark or fuel somewhere I as soon as I go and ride it. It ran good when the engine was all stock somewhere.
