ATC70 for $100 worth it?

Been offered a atc 70 for $100, has a few bits missing such as seat, few bits from air box and other little things,

Not sure on engine, says it does work but few bits are missing, im not sure, i could do with the rear axle saves me messing around with bearings, plus ill have a tidy brake setup, and i could sell the rest as spares?

Bit of a nightmare as i didnt want to have 2 trikes in the back yard, but its a very good offer!

Suggestions? :wondering

id rather buy that than a fender for my 200x.
cheaper and another trike in the collection.
