85 forks and axle

RodKnock is correct. Or you can just use the 85 fork lowers, and swap the tubes and guts from your 84 into the 85 fork lowers. It's a good time to replace your fork seals.

We have an 84-85 Tecate group under the groups section with lots of info and Tecate fans to answer any questions you might have. I have a thread there on putting an 85 front end on my 84.

you'll need an additional spacer for the axle.. as the '84 uses the backing plate as a spacer on one side.. you'll also need the caliper, hose, and a master cylinder set-up
