Ive got a 1985 250 es big red. i need some tips on what i can do to get the best ride out of it. first thing i want to do is flush the oil and gas system. then get a new air filter. oil filter is new already. any ideas on what i can do to get the most out of my machine?
second i want to make this thing look sweet. the back and front racks are dented up so ill take them off and see what i can do, whats the best way to straighten up the racks? otherwise ill just sand, polish, and paint them. also the back right fender is cracked off and was bolted on by the previous owner and looks like hell, any ideas on something i can fuse the pastic together with and paint it so it looks like it wasnt there? another thing the front shocks are good but the black ribbed rubber covering them is all beat up and ripped is there a way i can buy some and put them on or is there something else i can put over it and make it look cool?:Bounce:p
