White 350X Headlight Bezel??

I was thinking of making a cast of my headlight bezel on my 350X. I would either use marine grade poly or fiberglass. I just want a white one with white all the way through, Not a painted one. Anyone ever done this? or any suggestions would be great.

i got ahold of him and he is making me a white and a black one pretty expensive though. Let me know if you guys are interested i can have him make a few more im not going to use the black one so i may post it for sale or partial trade i am looking for a dg krome exhaust for my 350X
