oil filter location????

i have an 85 big red 250es, i need to locate and change the oil. what kind of oil does it use?? and where is the filter located? thanks.

2.2 U.S. Quarts 10w40 4 stroke oil.... Oil filter is under a little black plastic cover on the right side of the engine. Onder the plastic cover, there will be a metal cover with 3 bolts. Dont put your filter in backward, or you will starve the topend of oil and cook your motor. Dont lose the spring when you pull the filter cover off too...
