Well, after hours and hours of looking for the rear collar that goes in between brake drum and brake cover for my big red project, no luck. Only option I have found is 55.00 from parts store!! Man, can't bring myself to do it as I already have a bit more in it than I wanted to. My question.......does anyone have one, even used that I could get some measurments on to cut one or is it splined as brakedrum is?? Can't tell from manual or diagram??? I smell a 84 200es part out possibly?????:wondering:(:( Can anyone help me out with even a used one??? Save this big red from doom???

The 200es is shaft drive the 200e is chain drive. I don't think too many parts are interchangeable.

Why not only ask to a machine shop? easy to do with a lathe....

I found the collar your looking for in my used parts collection. Yes it is splined like the drum. I bead blasted it clean and polished it smooth on a lathe with 3m scotchbrite. The area where it rides in the seal is grooved but only .010 deep. Still usable. How does $20 shipped sound.
