Help finding silencer to pass sound test

I'm going to be putting new exhaust on the 86 r but i want to know what silencer will pass the sound test which i will defintly have to take at some point..

most of the new ones will pass the test, stock.since you have a 86 youll have to be in the 92db range,while mine are 85's and have to be lower than 98db.thats in my state though,not sure about yours

OK its got an olf fmf silencer on it now which sounds good but i don't think it will pass the sound test and it's got no spark aresstor

I just found the FMF turbine core 2 universal silencer which looks to be a prospect, anybody ever used this pipe??

I run one on my tri-z that i shortened about an inch and a half on the inlet side (not alot of room on Z's). My bike actually runs better with it, and it passed the sound test out at silver lake.

Sweet deal i'll probably just go with that then :cool: The sound test is done by cops who are buttholes and want to give you tickets :lol:, at most the oregon dunes it's 92-96 decibals i think depending on which dune your at...
