Does anyone knows Where Can i Get Some Information about What's Legal And not About 3wheelers ?.
I Want to Know The Official Rules..Not From My Know It All Neighbor.

About every state has their state codes on the web on more than one site. A quick web search of Pennsylvanaia state codes brings up this among others.

I don't know where you're from but I am in Ohio. I got a brochure from the license bureau that was APV (all purpose vehicle) and snowmobile rules and regulations and some laws. It is very informative and can be a valuable tool if you ever get in a situation with anybody over what you can and can't do. If you are in PA your state has a website and you can check there, too.
