2 stroke exhaust mounting help

Does anyone have any tips or tricks on how to reinstall the expansion chamber on my 250R? I am specifically having trouble compressing the ring that goes on the exhaust header groove while sliding the pipe over it. Is there a special tool? Thanks in advance!

no special tool, the stock exhaust flange rings can get tricky sometimes you can put some masking tape around them tight and then put the pipe on it will either blow away later or burn off later it wont harm anything. When you can invest in a billet flange with hightemp 0rings they work alot better then stock.
