My new Piston has quite a few sharp edges on top and im wondering if anyone who has ran this piston has had problems with detonation due to hot spots on the piston.
Im wondering if i should round off the edges just a bit because some of them are so thin that its almost burr like.
The molding and machining on this piston is quite poor and you can definitely tell is was made a long time ago. the skirts on the bottom have non matching grinding marks and the final finish looks to be hand made.
