CHeck out these pics. You'll see in the first two that there is a crack in the place where the rear bearing seal rides, I got this part off but am worndering if I can buy a new one? I didn't see any on partsfish. I figure since its cracked the seal will just ride on it and wear out the seal fast. The other side is really grooved from the seal riding on it for 18 years.

I researched this one time, and the answer is not good. The part that is broken on your hubs is only sold by honda as part of the hub.

I also looks like the bearings were spinning on that axle for awhile. I would be worried about how the new bearing would sit on that axle.

IMHO, that axle might be trash.

The disk hub is pretty commom I guess getting chewed up, I figured since my bearings were sealed they would be okay. If that sproket hub comes off I may have one on a axle that has a bad threads on the end. I'll check

THe one with the crack in it comes off pretty easy, I wonder if one could be machined to fit. Also, if you have a really grooved up seal surface thing the first creek you cross water will get in there and ruin the bearings fast. I can't belive they wouldn't make these replacable. I wonder if I can get the one off the disk hub easy?

I have another axle for you. You will need to use your rubbers and sleeves off you old axle and maybe have to buy a castle nut, one end was retreaded one size down must of sripped out. Its yours for the cost of shipping.
