Can anyone tell me the stock rear spring rate for a 1985 250sx?

I got my new shock test fitted on my 250sx but the springs is a little stiff. Fully adjustable too.

Can anyone tell me the stock rear spring rate for a 1985 250sx? Or when can I find that measurement at.

Anyone with an idea of what weight spring I should with. The current one is rated at 450lbs per inch I think.
