Just sprung for some new rear plastic on my 185s. Are there any tricks for drilling all those holes RIGHT the FIRST time? I'm nervous...zeeker

Sometimes maier will predrill for ya but if not set the old fenders under the new ones and mark the holes . I always use a unibit so I can go bigger if needed LOL .

Make teplates off your old plastic and transpose the holes to the new... (and as mentioned, a unibit helps too) And dont start drinking beer till after you are done.... :beer

everything ive ever bought from maier was pre drilled

well that sucks. id measure the top holes and mount it. then drill through the fender brackets into the fenders to make sure they're lined up.

my maier front fender came un drilled i started with small holes after i marked it out with a sharpie and the old fender

Just use a 2 inch hole saw and your hole will be PLENTY big enough!

Just use a 2 inch hole saw and your hole will be PLENTY big enough!
