here is a series of pics. thanks to mountainrider for resizing and posting. sorry for the quality the borrowed camera is not that good. in one pic i got off and took a pic with me standing in the water so you can see how deep it is. in the pic i'm holding up one side to prevent water from going back up into the pipe.

yes and no. i used to "ride the rapids" on my 350X when the creeks swelled up from rain and winter thaw. i went in some pretty deep ( over 6' at some spots) and rough water. I DO NOT RECOMEND THIS. I WAS VERY STUPID ;) ;) ;) you could easily be taken away and into a swollen river    this is a dangerouse stunt and something i have not done in years.   as far as still water is concerned if you put about 15 psi. in 22" tires you can float a little but, having a manual clutch hinders things. you don't want the tires spinning wildly but more of a slow and steady rpm it would be easy to stall and then your in trouble.

:-D That really brings back memories from back in the day MR.ATC mountain rider .My buddy Art had an old 110 he dubbed little red it was stock,we used to ride in Miami Fl,at the old air force base lake (thats what we all called it any ways) It was an old gravel pit where every body came to swim we would take the 110 in the shallow parts around the perimiter of the lake 4 to 6 foot deep it was a ledge that dropped off to nothingness
we'd ride a wheelie around the whole perimiter of the lake untill we got to deep messed up and tipped over it was funny seeing little red upside down floating away we'd haul it back in ,pull the plug, dry the air box, pull the cord to pump the water out ,dry the plug and go back at it those were the days back in the mid 80s
