'77 atc 90 carb questions

ok redoing the carb on a 77 atc 90. i would like to know the specs of the air screw and the float level please.

also what the heck is that knob on the side of the carb ? the one that can be pulled out and pushed in. it is missing the knob cover. this thing is weird for me.

the knob is an altitude lever, pull it out at high altitudes
