ok guys ive worked on my fair share of 200cc motors and never had this issue so im asking for some help or pointers .. i had a warped head so i took it off and got another head that is good . i put the new gasket on and we ran it and that got rid of the air blowing out from between the cylinder and head but now another issue has come up .. i have oil spraying of the breather on the case . now my question is if there was dirt or sludge build up in the little chamber that the breather leads to will it cause oil to spray like this ? or is there something else messed up ? any help would be great . im getting frustrated with this motor ive never had a motor give me soooo many issues like this ..:wondering

When I ran full synthetic on an older bike oil came out the breather even though the level was good.

i dont run synthetic oil . i run either non synthetic honda oil or Valvoline non synthetic oil ..

How is the compression? If there is excessive blowby, there will be a lot more volume of gasses passing out through the breather.

compression seems pretty good .. its a 12:1 motor .. when i changed the head i checked the rings and they were good and tight . maybe ill order a set of rings though just to be sure . but the rings should be ok . this motor only has prob about 50 hours or so on it if that.

could your head gasket be leaking causing a compression leak into the crankcase?

Compression seems good? What does that mean? Try putting a comp tester on it.... Throwing parts at it will only get expensive, and you more frusterated....

i dont have a compression tester anymore .. i use to but it grew legs if ya know what i mean .. but i know someone who might have one .. what should the compression be at on a 12:1 motor ? its bin a while since ive had to do a compression test.

12:1 compression I would think should be around 180-220ish . 50 hours on a 12:1 piston is quite a long time depending how you ride .

When I raced back in the day you were lucky to get 50 hours between rebuilds LOL .

lol i dont ride too hard .. i do mostly 3rd or 4th gear riding .. its just weird ive never had this happen to any higher compression motor .. i guess there is a first time for everything lol .. thanks for the help man
