9919499195You have to be capable of breaking trailprotrailprotrailprotrailpro, like THIS:

My swingarm I made for Josh is cracked too, but I think that has a lot to do with the condition of the shock  The cross over/ZPS spring is totally toasted as well.

That must be on of those cheap Knock-off Elkas. I saw a guy hawking them at TF - he had them in his trench coat - they were $39 each.

That my friend is bad steel...(can't fix that with Maple surup)I'd give'em a call. I doubt they'll replace at no cost, but bet they'd give you some form of discount. I think they'd like to check for the run and confirm the distributer who sold the steel.
Are you out 4 Smith Rd, buddy?

I'm sure It broke because Josh was Ascared of the Old bald guy that was Not far behind LOL. Was able to stick a wheel Inside on a couple turn's, but the Over Eating Shock Spring Breakin Canadian Farm Kid kept me behind Him DAMMIT!!! That was some fun Racin. More Rear Travel Little Buddy, thats what you need!!!

Looks like coil bind failure to me. Repeated bottoming of the spring due to Josh's recent "freshman 15" and no rebuild on the shock in years.

Josh, remember that years worth of advise? I have some for you.

I would suggest running a heavy XR shock, those stand up to very high pressure and have never broken on me. And I have bottomed my XR at the bottom of a 20 foot embankment(word?).
