when not in gear engine sounds fine. but when cruising around there's this whining sound the faster you go the louder it gets even while decelarating. i'm pretty sure its not wheel bearings or drive chain . any ideas?

I would have guessed it was a loose chain... hopefully it's not a tranny issue.
