Does it look like this?
This is only a muffler though. I have the stock head pipe and guard.

The coffman's had an optional supertrapp end. My father had that same exhaust with the supertrapp end back in the day. It was a great pipe.

It's quite a bit different from the DG.
Here are some more pics to show what I mean.

I will try to get a pic of where it connects. The connection to the muffler that you can see is not tight. Any ideas on the proper way to seal it or clamp it?

Part of the problem is that the Coffman's headpipe is a larger od than the stock headpipe.

I suppose I can go to our muffler shop and get the mid pipe replaced, they probably have proper clamps as well.
The head pipe is in much better condition than the mid pipe

That Coffman's pipes are preety very rare now, they only made them in very early 1980 to mid 1980's but i do not know what year they stop making those coffman's pipes for ATV & ATCs. my good friend Chris has his mint 1983 atc 185s with full coffman pipe on it he bought that bike brand new and installed those pipe, it loud and preety fast as hell when you hit the gas. I always one of those. i bet those pipes bring big money today, i guess.

Is it that rusted out,or are you worried about no clamp? It may have never had one, just a slip fit.If that is the case take it apart clean it up good and high-temp silicone it.
