Dirtbike to 3wheeler conversions??

Has anyone done any dirtbike to 3wheeler conversions from a newer bike? I think i would be sweet the take a kx450f and throw a quad swing arm and axle on it and giver heck. the aluminum frame would be sweet! A KX500 would be a wicked awesome trike as well.

Yes many people have done them, search for Jason Hall's conversion. It takes A LOT more work then just slapping on a quad swingarm and axle.

It's tough to make the geometry of a bike frame work with a trike. Bikes are taller and thinner and they have a different rake for the steering. It's a lot easier and more aesthetically pleasing to take the KX500 engine and put it a Tecate frame than it would be to convert the bike to a trike.
