OK So, i got this Old honda ATC 90 from my grandparents and its been sittin in a garage for quite some time. I figured im out of school, so why not fix this thinng up over the summer? The oil is good and theres plenty of gas in the tank, but im only 16 and dont know much about how these things work. I mean, it turns on and all, but not for very long.
Problem 1. ATC will start after quite a few pulls on the chord.. Then we give it mad gas and after about 30 seconds or so it shuts off.
Problem 2. first we tried starting it in neutral and giving it gas just to see if it would turn on. Then we tried starting it in first gear. It will start, but wont move in first gear even if we give it some accel. CAn someone help me out please? Any and all advice is appreciated! i wanna get this thing running asap!
