1983 big red 200e: does the flywheel bolt have to be removed and the recoil pulley boss removed(what honda calls it on bikebandit.com) in order to get the first sidecover off? by first sidecover, i mean the cover the recoil assembly bolts to. its also black; while the secondary cover is aluminum(raw). i'm having problems gettting it off, thinking the dowels are rusted, but i don't remember if anything else has to come off. thanks
