New Lifan no spark (stator problem?)

I just installed and wired up my new Lifan 125.There isn't any spark though.If I put a test light in the coil leads it light rights up on the lighting leads.On the lighting leads there is nothing.Now this is just kicking it over.Does this not produce enough electricity to light it when kicking over.Or is this my problem?

Do you have it wired properly. When I had mine Lifan I disconnected everything except for the cdi and coil. Lights and even disconnect the kill switch to see if that helps.

It shouldnt make enough to light the light, stators are speed sensitive. Might see a very dim light at night if kicking it hard.
