Alright, so my dad picked up 2 Hondas out of the dump a few months ago. They are festering in his yard and surely not getting any better. I know one is a ATC125M, not too sure about the other. The 125M has great rear fenders, the motor isnt frozen, but its half ass taken apart. Got a big bucket of parts too. So do yall think its to far gone to save?

Not sure what this one is.

bottom one looks like a 110 maybe. the top one looks like it could be saved in my eyes but it might take some investment since it looks like the engine was open and has rusted. if you wanted to make some money im sure you could part out the frame and forks.

ah just a recoil starter by the looks of it. Restore it.

Look on the neck of the bottom one for indications of the model?

I think the bottom one says 105 on the jug. The tank on the ground is for it.

I have saved both of those big reds. One is a 84 200es and one is a 200e 83. Took a while but there both great trail machines.

Thats a tough call... 3 tires for sure. recoil... battery... front fender. Are the forks bent? Looks like it took a hard hit in the front. Is the tank rusted out. Looks like its been outside for a while everythings gonna be rusted up. It depends on what you wanna do. You could prolly find one of these in decent shape for 4-5 hundred or so or easily drop 4-5 hundred into that one fixing it up. Its got some nice parts too.

All the parts to put it together are there with it. Im going to see if my dad will let me get them, it would be cool to save it.

Im also chasing a 1985 ATC200ES, hoping to get it soon.

Trikes are always worth saving, get stuck into the 125 and keep us up to date with your progress

I talked to my dad today, and ill be going to pick them up tomorrow. Im going to pull the engine from the 125M and try to get it all back together. Most of the missing parts are there with them in a bucket. It sure will be a challenge though.

The 110 looks like it's got some usable parts in it, but the 125 looks like it's worth fixing.

It will be a good project. The other two have a lot a parts, but would be a challenge to restore, but the engines are really cheap and plentiful. You could still make something rideable out of them without too much money, especially if their are other bikes in the junk yard.

The 110 is going to be left alone, its way too far gone for me to mess with. Im going to redo the 125M since its pretty much all there. The only thing i noticed on it that bothers me is a crack in the frame by the seat latch.

You're might be chasing that 1985 200es for a while they only made them in 1984. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news:(.

Well the person that has it must be wrong then. The ad says its an '85, but it looks just like my '83. It is a shaft drive, so it must be an '84. And by chasing it, i mean im trying to get up the $250 to buy it.

The 1984 honda big red 200es is the only 200 big red with shaft drive. Just act all disappointed when you go there to respond to the add and convince him it's much less valuable since it's not an ultra rare 85.;)j/k 250 a great price if it's not a beater buy that.
