What do you guys recommend out of the Aluminum DG RCM, Aluminum Cobra, or the Krome Power DG w/ the chrome headpipe??? I like the chrome idea but im wondering about how hard it is to keep looking nice.

Thanks!!!

My Krome one has held up okay, been a year I think, it blued a little from running hot before I rejetted, but it still looks good, order it with a spark arrester though. Rec unlimited was the cheapest.

Had mine on for about two years. It is discolored for the first 4-6 inches at the head, but other rhan that it looks great. After yjou wash the bike, dry the pipe with a towel and it does not get any water spots. I should have a pic of mine if you want.

I just realized that this doesn't come with a spark arrestor and dennis kirk is telling me there isn't one available. The only thing i've found w/ one is the BigO which is also big $$$ and the steel RCM. Does anyone know where i can get a nice chrome or aluminum exhasut w/ sparkarrestor??? I also can't get anything on http://www.recreationunlimited.com to pull up, Anyone got a number for them?

With all the Cobra Sparky spark arrestors made, I am surprised they dont have one for the Krome pipe. They are made by the same company.

Got the pipe and installed it. Looks sweet! Cool part is, I was showing my neighbor and he knows someone who works at a chrome shop and is going to get him to chrome a bunch of other stuff on it for me for free! :D

Cool, what was the site that you found it with the trapp disks, I'd like to order just the disks. I rigged up a 350x supertrap on the 200x with the krome DG pipe. but it slides over the outside. I'd like to get the right setup.

Umm, I found the discs here ---> http://www.accwhse.com Look under the DG stuff and its quite a ways down. Better get them quick, they are a closeout item. The other issue is you need a spark arrestor core for the muffler. I called DG to see if i could get one and they said they were no longer available for any of the RCM pipes. But they did tell me if I had a tap and dye kit (which my wife just bought me one for my bday :-P ) that I could just drill into the edge of the core that comes in the exhast and tap it. Didn't sound too hard, guess we will find out when the discs come. Pretty cool how it shoots flames out every once in a while without the spark arrestor on though!!!
