honda atc 110 carb problems

I am having much trouble with my 110 carb. I cannot get it to idle. When I set it to factory settings, it starts and idles good for 30 seconds then will rev up. I can idle it down with the adjustment screw, but then the same thing happens. The pilot screw seems to have no effect. I have removed, cleaned and checked the carb throughly. I have checked all connections, flushed the gas tank. Checked the throttle cable and lubed it. What have I not done that I can do, short of replacing the carb. I have a very limited budget. Incidently, I rode it one time since this problem started with no carb problems until I stopped and shifted to neutral. Any Ideas/suggestions.
