honda atc 70

hey guys need some help i got a 84 70 with a trx 70 motor that has gas ,spark,and fells like compression and wont start .any suggestions

well i was thinking when the carb is off and i do it the intake sucks on my hand .but with the carb nothing no sucktion

Maybe an air leak between the carb and intake?
