I have a 1982 honda atc that was running awesome unti a few days ago... It stayed outside in the rain if that has anything to do with it, however I have pulled it enough that any water in there would have already gone through it... It is gettin spark, and has brand new gas, I tried feeding gas right into the piston with no luck at all.. Every once in a while when I pull it, it will sputter for like 1 second but then die out. Any suggestions?

most likely flooded with gas now. pull the plug and pull the starter 6-8x, put new plug in and try and start, if that does not work
try holding the throttle wide open while pulling, it will fire up !

If it give you that little sputter after giving it gas, then its not getting enough gas. If it give you the sputter after lots of pulling its flooded. If its flooded don't use the choke.

I did try without the choke and I also pulled it without the spark plug in to get all the gas through it a couple times as I have been trying to start it for 2 days now so I do not think flooding is the issue

gotta pull it with the gas off, throttle wide open , at least 6 times. then try with the gas on without touching the throttle

check to see if you are getting spark, check your air filter as well
