I am looking for a trike for my 15 year old, what do you think would be better? 200x or 350x
He has done a little bit of riding but not much, he has a small Kawi 110 quad right now so he can shift and knows the basics. Do you think he will outgrow the 200x too fast? What are your thoughts???
Like I said, he is basically a beginner...

Go with a nice 200x. Once he out grows it you can sell it and buy a 350x.

+1. its a safer start and leaves plenty of room for him to upgrade in the future.

I would get him a 83-85 200x to start with you can make them perform better with the right parts as he gets better at riding it. A 350x can be a hand full for an experinced rider yet alone someone just getting into trikes. A good starter 3 wheeler also is a Yamaha DX or DR and they can be found alot cheaper than a 200x. They are an all around decent machine. not great or terible at any one thing but easy to ride.

200X for sure, the 350X will be too much power and speed for a 15 yr old. Back the day ATC200 & TRX200 was made for the adult rider and was the norm, go with the 200X and stay safe, always wear a helmet!
