Help With Wheel Wobble - Not Dirtcrasher!

Hi, Um not dirtcrasher just a frend and my front wheel wobbles but everythig looks great and tight. Could some1 please try to offer hellp before I crash and get hurt?? It is a 3 reeler and Um skared off it. Tank you!!!

stem clamp is tight? axle bearings are good? if not, must be a bent wheel? or a out or round tire?
