I should have taken some before and disassembly pics. The frame was SHOT (from the down tube to the cross member was gone (both sides), the down tube was reinforced with a chunk of pipe cut in half lengthwise, and the top tube was missing about 3" which had been replaced with chain link fence top rail:lol:). ALL the plastic was shot, front rack bent to hell, the back rack was missing a couple of fender tabs and the center section. front and rear breaks were frozen solid and the valve cover was busted from the motor holding the frame together. Anyway, I will be documenting the rest of the build. AND YES, my "shop" is an old 28' U-Haul.

If you have any 250es Big Red parts laying around, please check my list of items needed:) (http://www.3wheelerworld.com/showthread.php?112942-WTB-85-250es-Big-Red-parts-(List-inside)-Updated-5-11-10-More-stuff-needed)

Here it is in parts, ready for clean up, painting, an reassembly.

From Itrike:Bounce here on the boards, and I was VERY stoked to get them too, since all my plastics, and my seat were pretty messed up.

Great find, and good work on the rebuild so far. Keep it up!
