I'm wondering if a previous owner swapped on a shorter shift lever on my 84 200x. I'm either catching my heels under the plastic to the rear, or unable to put my toe under the shifter easily. Seems like its an inch too short for my liking. The lever lines up with about the front 1/3 of the generator housing.
