Good Spark Plug Color ???

After running my 110 around the neighborhood for about 20- 30 minutes, this is what my plug looks like. Is this the ideal color for a good air/fuel mixture? Or does it need adjustment? thx.

The color looks quite different on the two different pictures. The area that you need to look at is the ceramic around the centre electrode. A nice color is tan, like a lightly roasted marshmellow. In one of those shots, it looks tan to me, but you'd be a better judge looking at it with your own eyes.
