I picked up a parts bike with this head on it. All I know is what is casted into the bottom of the head says "Emler" on it. Just lookin for some history on this head. Who made em, how many, worth a chit?, any info is appreciated.

I don't know the specifics. But I believe the heads were made by Done Emler of FMF fame.I do know they made these for early Honda Elsinore's.I think it's a rare piece.I'm sure somebody with better knowledge will chime in shortly.

That's a pretty cool piece of history you got there, Brad. I'm sure the airfooler guys are gonna be bombing your inbox with lowball offers for it.

Sweet article you posted up, Raffa.

I was reading this and got to the end of the page on inspection, the second page you have there, and page 3 is the end of the test, the best part of the whole article which means there is at least one page if not two pages missing on that article. Also where did this article come from. You have to post the owner of it for legal/copyright reasons or it's considered theft, fyi. I really need the rest of this article if you have it and where the article came from. You can post things you get from magazines all you want as long as you put the magazine name with the article and if possible the person who wrote it and date, all info you can. Thank you for your help!!
