Gonna replace the stock 22" rear tires on my 200x. Thinking of getting Holeshots. Local place quoted me $155 mounted for two 20x11x8 rears. I think the Fast Trekkers was like 10 or 15 dollars more. I've never run a set of the FT before, what do you guys think. I know I want to go down to a 20" tire to give me a little more low end grunt. I'll probably end up studding these tires come winter for the ice too, and the Holeshots have elways been good for that. Just wondering if the Fast Trekkers were worth trying. Thanks, Matt.

i'd go with the holeshots, but it depends on what surface your riding on... holeshots won't tear up grass and stuff as much, and they don't vibrate much on pavement, but fast trekkers have a little more grip. good luck and let me know what you go with...

Some of those Trekkers can be found as "blems" for a huge discount! Usually only 18"s though so, pretty much flat track or MX riding. That offer (was on EBAY) may be long gone now though.... Lots of guys got them and LOVED them!

I LOVE my holeshots, I have a set of HD's and a set of XCR Holeshots. Both have been fantastic tires!

I warn everyone though that the HD Holeshot is about twice the weight of a normal tire. When your 200lbs on a 330lb trike, whats another 8 lbs anyhow??

Both have been very good to me and slide well, grip well and climb well. Reliable and wear well also.

Just my realistic report and opinion...................

I ordered the Holeshots. I've had em on previous wheelers and never had any complaints. Plus the Fast Trekkers were unavailable. Also ordered a set of red Renthal handlebars and some red Scott's Hurricaine Grips.
