I just found somthing,I have many 250es/sx cylinder in stock,I took a old xl250 head and it sit on the cylinder,,,,4 studs line up,timming chain,valve clear the sleeve,and top engine mount is at the same place....
Someone ever try this swap???? The is 2 bolt that doesn't line up,the two 8mm bolt/stud,all the rest is perfect,and some weld will be needed to have a perfect gasket seal,and from what I see the dual exhaust pipe clear the frame tube....
And I wonder if someone ever try to remove the centrifugal clutch and fit a lever to converter in a manual clutch....
