What are these wheels off of?

These wheels were on the 200x carcass I bought for an auto-x project. They look like a 4x110 pattern, but the lug holes are bigger than standard 200x lugs and they're super thick.
They're so thick, somebody knocked out the studs - which are too short to use - and used bolts to hold them on the hubs.
9 inch diameter with a little offset. The actually say "DOT" on them and are made by Enkei. They have some well used, plugged & slimed Ohtsu tires on them.
My guess is 2nd gen 200x or other later honda 3 or 4 wheeler.
