Been meaning to post these for a while, myself and TheXman here on the boards visited this place back in the fall. These are only a few of the endless supply of 3 wheelers and parts laying around. There was a huge pile of tanks and fenders on the hill side.

Wow, you could almost make some $ off of that by selling the parts, and at the same time clean up that hillside. WIN-WIN

It's all for sale, this guy has been in business since the 70s. I'm pretty sure some of the stuff he started with is still there....lol

Where? I'm pretty new, is there a lot of these? To me it looks like treasure, but is it all to far gone? Has anyone tried cleaning up something like this and salvaged anything real useful? Makes me feel bad.

Yes, it is in Campton, Kentucky. The name of the place is Motowizards. Guy named Bill ( who oddly looks like Bill Elliot's twin brother) runs the place, nice guy. We went there because he had a 86 Tecate that I knnow had been there for over 10 years. I had always said I was going to buy it. Of course when I finally went to get it, he had sold it about a month earlier. Someone in Ohio came down for it. Oh well..... And yeah, I wish I could afford to go clean him out.

Wow, if you look at that first pic closely, there are about 7 or 8 ATC's in there. Its almost worthy of becoming desktop wallpaper. Impressive and depressing at the same time.

What do you mean you wish you could afford to clean him out? He should be paying you to take all that garbage off his property....I mean come on. It's a shame cause there is some nice stuff out there but it is not worth a lot of money if any money at all...It's a shame he let these all rot especially if he thinks they are worth money....

It's surprising what these junk yards want for some of this stuff... I've spent alot of $ at the one near me.

Someone needs to get that stuff inside and sell it so it can go to trikes than need parts. There is a lot a rare stuff. For people looking to have something perfect it may all be junk and not with the time. But to people who are using there stuff and aren't worried that it looks like new a lot of those parts will still be totally usable (with some cleaning and paint).

You could buy them a couple at a time, put some together, part some out and probably make a lot of money in the end. None of the parts will pull in big money but there are 1000's of $20 parts there. It adds up.

that brings a tear to my eye as well, just think when they rolled off the production line all proud and shiny, 20 years later they are reduced to this. if i could, i would buy him out, and build what i could out of it. no motors though, wonder if he had the curtsy to keep those inside?

Yes, luckily he did have the common sense to pull all the motors and put them in a seperate building. I did take a pic of that too, but it was too dark to see anything.
