Well after 6 months or more my 250R is up an running as of tonight. Did a ton more porting to the cylinder rebuilt the bottom end bored and decked the cylinder. I also scored a Jemco pipe and a really nice used silencer looks like an ESR but Im not sure. Here is a quick vid sorry about the crappy quality and I couldnt figure out how to rotate the vid without shooting it over.
