84 Honda 200X atc how much??

9408294083940849408594086Hi guys a have a 84 200x in perfect condition. It has been kept in doors it's whole life it needs nothing everything works and I am thinking of selling it can you please give me a idea of what it is worth. It has a small dent in the the gas tank. Thanks.

Yes just the engine, it needed a fresh coat. So I did it with high temp engine paint. Is that a bad thing?

Can't say for sure since prices seem to be area/region dictated. Around here a 1st gen. 200X can go for a couple hundred(needing lots of love) up to about $1000...of course, depending on how bad a buyer wants it.

Yours, however, is extremely nice in my book and I think that yours should bring top dollar for a ridden machine....whatever top dollar is wherever it's sold.

What you can get for it also depends on how quickly you need to sell it. If you're in no rush, then let it sit in the classifieds for the summer and take best offer (if you can't get your asking price).

Also - be sure to list it for at least $300 more than what you'll accept for it. No matter how "firm" you are on your listing price, no one wants to pay full price for anything these days. At least give the buyer the illusion of saving money by fake-negotiating with you ;)
