1985 250R swingarm bushings

Is the swingarm to frame bushing change as easy as it is looking. I will be ordering parts in the next week and was wondering if anyone could give me any basic info.on how in depth this will be and if I will need any special tools.It looks like taking the chain off and maybe unbolt top or bottom of the mono shock and it should slide back..also any recomedations on how often to change crankcase oil?

I take the swinger right off with the shock attached at the bottom for ease. I take the chain off also.
I change my oil after every race, and after each practice sesh. Basically everytime I ride her hard and put her away wet.
