timing,valve clearance and torque specs for 200x

can some one please help. i need torque specs, valve clearance, and how to time it.it is a 85' honda 200x. bone stock with cobra exhaust. had to put a head gasket in and need help. thanks. please e-mail me at live2ridedvx@yaho.com

There is a manual on here somewhere you can download. I downloaded it the first day I got my 200x and I use it a few times a week.
