Hey guys, this is my first post.

I recently was given an ATC 200s, or atleast I believe it's an S as it has the front suspension and only a recoil starter.

I rebuilt the carburetor and got the thing running nicely.

Just one problem though, I am missing a bolt on the side cover on the side with the pull starter. Here are two pictures of where the bolt goes. I have tried searching online, but haven't had any luck. Any help identifying the part number would be much appreciated.

Note, A lot of oil leaks out of this hole.

Wow, you're quick.

Thank you very much.

Is there anything that I should look in to repair/fixing on this bike? I mean, like known problems or anything?

I think thats the water drain hole if im not mistaken. keep the oil changed and air filter clean.

I received the bolts.

They're not the right ones. They don't even touch the threads.

The bolt looks like it's supposed to be 2~3" long.

Remove an adjacent bolt, see if it fits the missing hole. If so, take it to an auto parts store. They should have metric bolts. Use some antiseize on the threads.

Ok, so apparently there isn't supposed to be a bolt there. That's the drain hole for the recoil cage.

The oil is coming out of there because it's leaking at the seal on the shaft that the recoil mechanism goes around.

Can you please help me find the part number for this.

Thank you very much!

Anyone?

The oil is leaking from the shaft that the recoil starter attaches to. I can't figure out what part I need to order based on the diagram.

Thank you
