carberator hose

even though the screw is all the way in the hose it is still leaking...any ideas?

If you're talking about the over flow hose on the bottom of the carburetor, it could have a bad o ring on the screw itself, or your float needle isn't closing all the way and isn't stopping fuel from going into the bowl.

replaced o ring...still leaking

I had similar problem and found tank not venting pressure. This forced float up off seat and caused overflow through hose.
Remove cap and see if it stops. Then clear cap vent.
