hit craigslist sunday evening, found it listed and was about 45 minutes away. picked it up for 90 bucks! needed a throttle cable. rear tire, rinse the gas tank and a shifter. I thought about using it for my other 70 I got last month, ended up stealing the cable, and shifter off the other 70, cleaned the carb, installed new fuel hoses, flushed the tank and it fired right up. Guy that was selling it sold a quad to another guy, the other guy offered me $150 for the 70, I decided to keep it. I think I made the right decision. jim

this is my 80 dollar atc70, I thought I did okay with it. ended up using the throttle cable, the black honda shield off it. I was at a swap meet and a guy had a set of forks, front fender and 3 new tires for 20 bucks. I tried to talk him into selling me just the fender, but he wouldnt seperate the parts. So I got the tires and rims too. The 1 back tires is torn, so I have a tire for it. jim

You definitely made the right choice. I hear about my buddies scoring great deals, and I offer them a dollar more, and say "You'll make a dollar more, you can't lose!" They just laugh.

I look for those deals around me all the time, but the 40's go for some bucks where I live.
