I'd be curious to know where he's getting new foam from.

There's an excellent tutorial on this site on how to do it yourself if you want just a plain one piece cover. Doing it yourself only costs literally a few bucks. I just did a 250r seat for a grand total of about five bucks.

Hey where is that DIY tutorial, I need to recover and fix a chunk of foam on the seat of my 200x. For only 5 bones I would definately try it myself.

How much does he charge for just the cover with no foam needed and if I install it myself? Does he do the stenciling as well or are they just plain? What are our color choices?

That doesn't seem to work real well with the taller, more square, utility trike seats. They need to have a seam to fit right.

depends on the seat, he just recovered my Yamaha 200 seat solid blue, with the stitch across the back for $25. i have a painter down the road that does the stenciling but that will cost extra. and he can do any color you want. he doesn't use a real seat cover he vinyl wraps them and they look great
