I need to figure out what size jets I should run on an ATC 200s.

I plan on buying a new carb and rejetting it. Or should I just upgrade the carb and if so with what. I am not trying to sink a ton of money into. BUt I wasn't sure if a stock carb jetting would work..

Here is what I have. Please give me feedback

Wiseco high compression piston
Rebuilt cylinder head
UNI filter
Muffler replaced with alot more free flowing one.. But still uses stock head pipe.

What is the matter with the carb you have now? And jetting isn't as easy as telling you what jets you need, it usually takes alot of trial and error. Especially with changing to higher compression pistons. Of course you will need bigger than stock jets, but how big, that's pretty much a guess. Only way to really tell is with a dyno or with good old trial and error in the form of plug chops. And there is no way to short cutting it really. You should be able to rejet your old carb if it's in decent shape. Just figure out what jets are in it now, and get an assortment of bigger jets for both the idle jet and hi speed jet. You could get different needles too, but that is really splitting hairs there and it's just a play trike. It just depends on how much you want to spend, but no real way to get around figuring out the jetting though with either your old carb or a new carb.
